Ecoprinting

Did you know colors and patterns can be extracted from leaves and flowers? Learn a little about this relaxing process and make your own naturally printed fabric. Each participant will create two bandana sized ecoprints during the class*.

*Each $10 registration will include materials to make two bandana sized ecoprints. Please keep that in mind if you are registering for multiple people. In case of cancellation, there is no refund.

The ecoprinting process requires the fabric to be steamed for about an hour to permanently set the colors and patterns into the fabric. We will plan steam your fabric after the class for you to pick up later, or you can choose take your fabric bundle(s) home with instructions on how to steam it yourself.

Registration automatically closes one day in advance. If you are fully registered, you can expect to receive an email "receipt" from MyCountyParks after registration. You will also receive an email from the leading naturalist a couple days in advance of the program.
