Cushion Cover workshop

A really friendly and fun class with a maximum of 6 students for £89. Suitable for anyone who has basic sewing skills (or who has taken my Sewing for Beginners course). It is suitable for ages 11 upwards and sewing machines can be provided.

Make 2 different styles of cushions; the first a piped cushion with a lapped zip and the second a quick and easy 'Envelope' style with buttons that you'll cover yourself (Its quite addictive!)

Patterns and fully illustrated notes will be given to students so they can make lots more at home afterwards.
The course includes learning how to pattern match, how to use both a piping foot and a zipper foot and details on how to adjust the pattern for different sizes of cushions will be given too. NOTE: Materials and pattern are not provided but, before the workshop, plenty of guidance will be given to students so that they can successfully source their own.
