Armed Forces Day Flag Placement Ceremony

The American Legion Post 111 Oxford Alabama will be hosting an Armed Forces Day Flag Placement Ceremony on Saturday May 17, 2025 at the Oxford Memorial Gardens Cemetery located at 100 E Choccolocco St. in Oxford, AL.

Post 111 will be honoring all the Veterans buried here by placing Flags at their gravesites. The Public is invited to assist in the placement of the flags.

The Ceremony will begin at 10:30AM and will feature a Helicopter Flyover by the Oxford Police Department's Aviation Support Unit.
