2025 WODTOBERFEST

4 person coed team fitness competition!!!

Teams consist of 2 males and 2 females!

All competitors 21 and over will receive a free beer.

Events and standards will be released in prior to the competition.

Early registration is live. Team Captains will register for all 4 team members

Movements to expect in include wall balls, burpees, box jumps, thrusters, kettlebell swings, cardio machines, and MORE!!!!
