Frightening Feats Of Strength

We are excited to announce our next strength competition!!!!

We will have 2 divisions for men and women

An ABSOLUTE division and an OPEN division. In the open division, all scores will be weighted based on a competitors body weight.

Events will be:
Max Reps Viking Press
1 RM Bench Press
Lever Belt Squat Ladder
Sled Push Medley
1 RM Deadlift
