Race Details:
Kick off summer with The Fitness Parlor’s Run into Summer 5K! This two-lap course keeps runners safe while still providing a fun and challenging experience. Open to all fitness levels—walkers and runners alike!
🏅 Awards & Categories:
Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category
Separate 1st Place Overall awards for Men & Women
Age Group Divisions (Men’s & Women’s Categories):
11-14

🥤 Post-Race Refreshments: Water, snacks, protein bars, and chocolate milk will be available at the finish line.
đź‘ź Kids Fun Run:
After the 5K, all children (11 & under) are invited to participate in a Kids Fun Run—a great way for young runners to get in on the action!
🎤 Race Timing & Placement:
This event will use a electronic chip system timing, so be sure to check your placement at the finish line

We believe in supporting those in need! A portion of the race proceeds will be donated to a local charity or fundraiser, which will be selected by group vote. On top of that, we are also accepting additional donations—every dollar contributed will go toward making a positive impact. If you’d like to donate, you can do so at The Fitness Parlor before or on race day.
