Come home to yourself with slow, grounding yoga.

Join me for a gentle Hatha-inspired class focused on intentional movement, deep breath, and quiet restoration. These classes are designed for beginners and those looking to slow down — no flexibility or experience required.

Expect no judgment, calm music, and time to move at your own pace. Each class offers a blend of somatic awareness, breath work, and mindful flow to help you reset and reconnect.

WHERE: Heartland Community Center
COST: $10 per person. Can take cash or Venmo!
