Join us for a powerful morning of movement, creativity, release, renewal and connection along the river. Together, we will flow through a sequence designed to help us remember our inner strength and reconnect to ourselves.
✨ Agenda
• 🎨 Watercolor Rivers – Create a personal painting of your own river of remembering, expressing the beauty of your inner flow.
• 🌿 Somatic Release – Gentle guided movements to release tension and let go of anything the body is holding.
• 🔊 Scream Therapy – A safe and supported space to express and liberate emotions through sound and primal release. We will scream into the River
• 🔔 Sound Bath Integration – Rest and recalibrate as soothing sound frequencies wash over you, bringing balance and harmony.
Come as you are. No art or movement experience needed—just an open heart, a willingness to explore and enjoy some community 😊
