This is not traditional talk therapy/group therapy/support group— it’s something deeper. More embodied. More primal. More collective.
“Rhythms of Grief” is a 6-week small group support experience designed for those carrying the weight of grief — whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a season of life, or even a sense of identity. We will gather weekly in sacred rhythm to move grief through our bodies, release what no longer serves, and gently make space for healing and reconnection.
Using the HealthRHYTHMS, evidence based practice, recreational music making protocol, each session blends structured rhythm activities with intentional space for reflection, somatic integration, and community support. You do not need any drumming experience, skill or rhythm. All that is required is a yes from YOU, a willingness to show up, be present, and let the drum beats do what words sometimes cannot. Drumming is ancient medicine. Grief is a sacred rite. This is a place where both are honored.
If you’ve felt the ache that won’t leave, the tears that won’t fall, or the numbness that won’t lift — come join us in community, connection and safety.
Together, we will:
Access non-verbal expression of grief through rhythm and movement
Awaken the nervous system’s natural capacity to regulate and restore
Share space with others on similar journeys — no fixing, no advice, just truth
Co-create rituals of release, remembrance, and resilience
Registration is required. Payment can be weekly of 25$ or 125 in total (discount of 25$ when paid in full).
