BIG BAD WOLF!

SUNDAY Aug. 3rd MATINEE. It's "Summer Blues" with BIG BAD WOLF at Parkwood Restaurant! A "small supergroup", blues-inspired quartet featuring: Brian O’Rourke on guitar/vocals, Steven Morel on drums/vocals (Higher Funktion), Jayden Grahlman (Hummingbyrds/Higher Funktion) on bass/vocals, and Larry White (Higher Funktion) on organ/vocals!

They travel traditional blues roads from Howlin’ Wolf to Taj Mahal; take musical side trips through New Orleans and Chicago; and even make pit stops at some more modern R&B and popular music attractions. Blues and jazz-tinged guitar licks ride on the muscle-car rumble of a well-oiled rhythm section, while howls and sweet harmonies fill the back seat.
