12:00 - 2:00pm - Levels 1 & 2
Join us for a tumbling fundamentals session where athletes will focus on essential skills including but not limited to round-offs, front walkovers, back walkovers, and back handsprings.
2:00 - 4:00pm - Levels 3+
Fn this session, athletes should be able to perform a back handspring independently. Athletes will focus on back handspring series, specialty tumbling passes, running and standing tucks and more!
