Sensory Reiki circle

The purpose of a Reiki circle is to create a safe space to foster a sense of community/wellness/balance thru the receiving/sharing of positive energy in a relaxing environment. This event I s being held at Align with Sarah " community room. Each participant is encouraged to bring comfort items like a yoga mat, blanket , pillow, etc. some items will be available to borrow. Each participant will receive a few minutes of individual Reiki during the experience while listening to a selection of sounds and frequencies. Participants will also receive an individual aromatherapy inhaler and crystal based on the theme of that session. A select tea/water and a parting snack will be provided. There is no experience required, just an open mind and heart. These sessions are limited to 8 people. Sign up is required. Fee is $25. Please DM me if you have questions and/or wish to attend.
