About the event

OWEGO Animal Mosaic Series - Ceremony + Ribbon Cutting

Tioga Arts Council (TAC), and its project partners the Owego Rotary Club and Artist, Emily Jablon, are honored to announce the official unveiling of the OWEGO Animal Mosaic Series. To mark this occasion, there will be a Ceremony & Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, October 1, at 2:00 p.m. at the alley located between 55-57 North Avenue, Owego. (Between the Roasted Coffee Bar and Golden Seam Bridal buildings.)
