Yoga Calm For Kids

Kids Yoga at our studio is designed to be playful, engaging, and calming. Each class begins with a moment of mindfulness and simple breathing techniques to help children focus and feel grounded. We then move into fun yoga poses that build strength, balance, and flexibility. Throughout class, we play games and enjoy creative activities that reinforce what we’ve learned in an interactive way. To close, we finish with a short, peaceful meditation so kids leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and confident.
