Curious about VIBES but not sure where to start? Join us for a free, casual workshop designed just for newcomers!

We’ll walk you through everything we offer—from Reformer Pilates, yoga, and fitness classes to cycling and infrared sauna sessions. You’ll get a guided tour of the studio, meet some of our team, and learn what makes each class unique.

Whether you're brand new to movement or just new to our space, we’ll help you find the classes that feel right for your goals, lifestyle, and schedule.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure way to get comfortable, ask questions, and see what VIBES is all about.
