Thursday Evening Sangha

A period of meditation, a Dharma talk, and group discussions are included in most sessions. Beginners and experienced alike are invited to sit with us.
Join TBC teacher, author, and certified Spiritual Director Robert Brumet for meditation and the application of core Buddhist teachings that deepen our understanding of practice and the cessation of suffering.
Let's connect in consciousness, share the Dharma (truth teachings), and spend sacred time in meditation.
