Sacred Sound Sundays

Sacred Sound Sundays is a heart-centered sound healing experience designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom. Guided by Dr. Mal (Mallory D. McCoy, Ed.D.) and co-facilitated by Alexandria Scherff, each session is a sacred invitation to pause, release, and realign through the transformative power of sound, meditation, and breathwork.

Set in an intentional and welcoming space, our sessions weave together ancient healing tools—crystal singing bowls, buffalo drums, ocean drums, wind chimes, and voice—with spiritual guidance, nervous system regulation, and deep energetic restoration.

We're excited to add another session feature: live harp by Joy Hervey, a classically trained multi-instrumentalist and gifted harpist.

To fully settle into the space, please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A blanket or shawl to keep warm during stillness
• A pillow, bolster, or cushion (for comfort and body support)
• A water bottle
• An open heart and intention for your healing
• (Optional) A small sacred item to place beside your mat — like a crystal, photo, or grounding object

Come as you are — in clothing that feels soft, warm, and safe to simply exist in.

Info: Our Soul Collective Session is a co-ed Sacred Sound Sundays experience that welcomes all identities—men, women, and non-binary beings—into a shared space of deep stillness and sacred resonance.


This session opens with gentle breathwork and guided meditation. You will then be immersed in a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and intuitive rhythms—designed to bring balance to the divine masculine and divine feminine energies within all of us.

Info: The Divine Feminine Session is a deeply restorative experience within the Sacred Sound Sundays series—curated specifically for those who identify as women and feel called to reconnect with the sacred essence of their feminine energy.

This session creates space to release the burdens we carry in our bodies, our wombs, and our hearts. You’ll be held in a container of grace as crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, soundscape instruments, and (when available) a live harpist guide you into a place of stillness, remembrance, and renewal.

This is a space where:

You don’t have to be strong.

You don’t have to explain.

You just get to be—held, whole, and heard. This is a sanctuary for the woman who is ready to soften, to feel, and to rise.
