Ladies Night - Self Defense Training!!

Hey ladies, do you want to learn to stay safe while having fun?

Join us for a Ladies' Self-Defense Class on Saturday, August 1st,
from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Afterward, we'll have some fun socializing at a Ladies' Night Out!

Join us at Beyond Martial Arts for an empowering Lady's Self-Defense class, designed to give you the knowledge and skills to feel confident and prepared in any situation.
In this class, you'll learn:

Practical self-defense techniques: Easy-to-learn strategies for escaping common attacks.

Awareness and prevention strategies: Identifying potential threats and avoiding dangerous situations.
