We warmly invite each of you to Jacob’s Upcoming Celebration of Life, to honor his remarkably impactful 13 1/2 years with us. We will celebrate the young man who consistently offered each of us love, joy, goodness, mercy, and grace, on this his special day, Jacob‘s 14th Earthly Birthday, his 1st in Jesus’ perfection, on May 24, 2025 at 12:30PM.
So many continue to speak of how Jacob personally touched our lives through his kindness, his compassion, his smile, his joy in lending a hand to anyone, his constant welcome for all to join in, his love and acceptance of all.
As we Celebrate Jacob, to commemorate and honor his incredible love of life and people, we will have an open mic where anyone can share something about Jacob. This is the HIGHLIGHT of the day, from our standpoint, as we get to hear how Jacob impacted YOU! Jacob’s Open Mic is an informal and excellent way to hear and share about how Jacob impacted you: 2-3 on how you describe him, some goodness you felt from him, a funny inside joke that isn’t too embarrassing, a silly memory, something he taught, a fun game you played, a silly memory, your favorite party of his, funny, a lunchtime gag, an idea of his you learned, a fact he taught you, an insight he shared with you, a wisdom he offered you, a loving time you shared, a trait you admired, and anything else. We encourage so many of you to participate, sharing even just 2-3 words you think of about Jacob. This is OUR time to Celebrate Jacob, commemorating a life filled with joy and goodness, laughter and kindness, adventure and fun that all of us got to share with Jacob in our lives with him. Please don’t be shy, this is Jacob’s time to SHINE, leaving each of us so grateful to have been blessed by him, an better person from knowing him, and stronger faithful person from his constant trust in Jesus, and giving us smiles and laughter and love; This is HIS CELEBRATION OF LIFE!
For all who have a #JacobStrong t-shirts, please wear them, along with brightly colored shorts or bottoms, reflecting Jacob’s favorite season, where God refreshes and renews His nature in beautiful vibrant colors. Jacob’s love for Jesus became well-known to so many of us throughout his 13 1/2 years with us. He dedicated his time to Jesus with nearly every breath, inspiring those new to Jesus, to become personal with Him, while those deeply committed in faith, to refresh and renew their relationship with Him. We hope you will join us on this day as we celebrate the "Little Pastor" that he was.
