Caring for a loved one can be rewarding… but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why Sandwiched KC hosts a free in-person caregiver support group where you can connect with others who get it.

Join us for honest conversations, shared resources, and a chance to recharge in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Whether you’re caring for a parent, partner, or child with special needs, you’re not alone… and you don’t have to do this by yourself.
