This introductory workshop offers couples a beautiful opportunity to rediscover and deepen their emotional and spiritual connection through embodied practices. You and your partner will be guided through gentle exercises involving movement, breathwork, and soft touch, all designed to cultivate intimacy and presence. These partnered exercises will provide a foundation in key principles, fostering a heart-to-heart connection.

In this safe and supportive space, open to couples of all backgrounds, orientations, and relationship structures, you'll learn to reconnect with your love on a soul level, finding a sense of closeness and shared presence, even amidst life's challenges. With minimal conversation and a focus on the practice, no experience is needed. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to explore the depths of your connection.
