Wine Pairing Wednesday

Wine Pairing Wednesday will be held Wednesday, December 3, at Bridge View Center. Social gathering begins at 5:30 p.m., dinner will be served at 6 p.m. The cost is $60 per person and RSVP is required by Monday, December 1, 12 p.m.. Duck Bacon Wontons with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce & Japanese Dressing
Paired with Pasqua 11 Minutes Rose

Main Entrée

Pesto Crusted Salmon with Pico De Gallo, Wild Mushroom Risotto, and Grilled Vegetables

Paired with Krasno Pinot Noir

Dessert

Limoncello Mascarpone Cake
