This is your chance to explore sound bathing. Come, rest, and let us unwind and relax you while listening to the beautiful siren song of singing bowls 🥣
Studies show that regular sound bathing helps ease us into a relaxing theta brain wave state. If you have trouble meditating or relaxing, this may be the missing piece to help you on your journey ✨️
You are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, or whatever you need to get comfortable. We will be on the floor, but the floor is cushioned.
