Wintertide Music featuring Beyond the Stars LIVE on the Sainte Genevieve Riverboat

Join us this Saturday for a Wintertide Concert featuring BEYOND the STARS. Connecting artist with audience in a unique way. Docked at Heritage Harbor on the east end of Ottawa, the Sainte Genevieve Riverboat will transform into a unique, intimate music venue where you will experience the music and stories of artists from a fresh perspective.

For this event, author TM Shaw and Christina Eltrevoog co-create the contemplative folk duo BEYOND the STARS. Both songwriters, they each accompany the other’s songs with acoustic guitars, electric piano, and vocal harmonies. Their act and debut album ONE PLANET (2024) explore human connection across metaphorical and literal landscapes—from Hawaii and throughout the US mainland. Their show unfolds through narrative arcs paired with the raw intimacy of their songs.

Having grown up in different times and places, Tim and Christina found communion with one another in the depths of a conversation that began late one evening in a hotel hallway in the City of Angels. It is a conversation that continues to this day. Their sound, born of radical differences and deep kinship, is uniquely their own. It is familiar, yet not reducible to any particular genre or era.
