Whether you need a physical to join a sports team or to go to camp - we’re here to help.

8 AM to 5 PM - $30 (self-pay only)
5 PM to 6:30 PM - FREE! Sponsored by AdventHealth Ottawa

Physicals are performed by Nurse Practitioner Susan Moore, who has over three decades of experience providing care. Her services include men’s and women’s health, family planning,
immunizations and more.
