Each seminar is offered monthly - and builds off of the last one - with new exercises and tools to keep evolving all summer long at Skydive Chicago!

This seminar blends the mental and physical aspects of leadership in the sky. The Mindful Leader explores how to craft dynamic lines with intention while prioritizing safety and group awareness. Through theory, visualization, and real life exercises, you'll learn to navigate movement jumps with clarity, support your friends, and lead with a grounded, presence-driven mindset—whether you're flying or following.
