Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! Regional Office of Education 35 invites new teachers in La Salle, Marshall, and Putnam Counties to register for this event as we share helpful information to assist you in your first year.
Attorney Walt Zukowski will provide a legal update. We will also assist educators on utilizing the basics of the ELIS system and our licensure specialist. We will end with a short presentation from our instructional coaches.
There is no cost for this event. You will receive 3 PD hours for attending. A light breakfast will also be served.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All first year teachers (and teachers new to the La Salle/Marshall/Putnam County region)
If you are a special education teacher, school psychologist, social worker, school counselor, or speech/language pathologist, please register for the afternoon event offered by LEASE, as well.
