Intuitive Yoga with Jenn
- Explore how your body, mind, and spirit WANT to move in the midst of your yoga practice.
- Evolve your practice to grow beyond the teacher-led instructions to listen and feel deeply to your inner guidance on how it wants to creatively and intuitively practice a pose.
- Allow the momentum and feedback that the body experiences immediately upon exiting a pose to inform where and how the body moves to next.
Intro to Free-Form Dance with Joni
- Move with your Soul, not your mind- This space is about remembering—not performing. Let go of how it should look, and allow your body to move the way your Spirit feels. There is no right or wrong—only truth in motion.
- Let the rhythm unravel what’s stuck- Through intentional sound and sacred pace, this dance becomes a clearing. Old stories, held tension, and silent grief can soften here. Allow yourself to be moved—by the beat, by Spirit, by what lives within you.
- Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself- This is a ceremony, not a class. Together we co-create a space of presence, power, and prayer. Sober. Safe. Spirit-led. You don’t have to know what will come—just be willing to show up and let it rise.
All levels of yoga experience are welcomed!
No dance experience necessary!
