Please join me for one, some or all 5 of these gorgeous summer sessions on Wednesday mornings. Suitable for all including beginners and on a drop in PAYG basis, all are welcome!
Wed 30th July: Let Go: Oftentimes we hold onto stuff in our life, both in the mind and body. This session uses movement, voice, breath and meditation to release whatever needs to be released so that you can feel a little more in the flow of your life.
Wed 6th Aug: An Attitude of Gratitude: Practising what it is to feel thankful can help us to balance out our natural negative bias and help to lift mood and alleviate anxiety. In this class we will explore movement to both ground and feel safe and to open the heartspace, with meditation on gratitude.
Wed 13th Aug: Heart-Based Practice: When we work with the heartspace through movement, awareness, breath and meditation or nidra we can feel into our own truth, learn to love our self fully, and through this extend that love, joy and compassion outward.
Wed 20th August: Heart Based Practice 2: Awakening heart energy with more of an emphasis on meditation and yoga nidra, although there will also be some movement.
Wed 27th August: Mindful Yin: In this class we bring movement to the floor, and slow it down, using yin yoga poses to stretch and stimulate the meridians of the body, here the muscles are relaxed and gravity is used instead to create space for energy to flow. A yin practice targets the fascia and connective tissue through longer held poses and gives the mind space and time to balance out in a very busy yang world.
Sessions are 75 mins and cost £12
