Move. Breathe. Meditate

Please join me, Annie, for this session to ground and feel calm and connected with your Self. In a busy, complicated and noisy world, I am offering a space to move kindly, to breathe deeply, and to settle in meditative practice.
This class is open to complete beginners and experienced alike and is great if you would like to explore breathwork and meditation a little more, but still want to move too.
Equipment is provided or you are welcome to bring your own
You can drop in as and when or attend every week.
