Aerial Yoga Workshop

Open to beginners & seasoned yogis 🧘‍♀️
During this 2 hour workshop we will:
* begin with a floating meditation cocooned in the hammock 🙏
* warming up the body with the support of the hammock 🔥
* variations of traditional yoga postures 🕉️
*downdog alignment and flying ✈️
*fun with inversions 🙃
. Close with an immersive relaxations.

* This Aerial Yoga workshop is taught with guidance, demonstrations and invitations to experience at your pace.
