A general-level aerial yoga class where we use the hammock to flow through a yoga sequence that incorporates some simple circus poses. A fun way to build strength, balance, fitness and flexibility. This class is suitable for beginners to both aerial yoga and yoga so long as you have a standard range of movement and basic fitness level.
