About the event

Aerial Yoga Workshop

Our 2 hour Workshop is open to beginners and regular Aerial Yogis.

We will start with a cocooned floating meditation.
Warm up the body with the support of the hammock.
Focus on alignment by practicing downward facing dog.
Grounding with ‘legs up’ the hammock pose before moving into supine twists.
Invitation to go up side down into inversion with add on’s!
Chill out for savasana. 🫶🏼
