Aerial hoop taster class

Come fly in an aerial hoop taster class designed especially for complete beginners! No dance, gymnastics, or strength training is required. All you need is yourself, some curiosity, and the desire to have fun.

Aerial hoop is the most fun full-body workout you'll ever do! It's perfect for people who want to get strong and be graceful in the air but without going to the gym.

You'll be introduced to some basic aerial hoop moves in and below the hoop, and you'll try out some "grounded" hoop moves (on a hoop rigged closer to the ground). Absolutely no prior experience is required -- just come as you are!

Due to insurance reasons, these classes are for those aged 18+ only.
