Starting tomorrow evening - Tuesday 1st July, 6:30pm for a block of 4 weeks:

✨A space to meet other Mum’s in the same journey as you

✨A space to discuss your pregnancy, feel understood and to take time for yourself

✨I will lead a discussion and share hypnobirthing techniques, with a chance to ask any questions regarding birth and pregnancy

✨After enjoying a wind down tea, I will lead you and baby through a soothing relaxation, written from my heart to help you build confidence in yourself
