✨Tools to work WITH your body during labour and undo fears around birth. How the partner is vital to the birth space and how they help on the day
✨The maternity system, understanding all the ins and outs of all interventions so you can make informed decisions
✨ Birth! What to expect, signs, stages of Labour, what the partner will do to help
