Free spinal Flow taster sessions

Free taster sessions for spinal flow technique at Llanrhaeadr Y.M village hall 9am - 11.30am Monday 11th August.
Have you got any health concerns? Would you like to discuss the possible way forward. Spinal Flow Technique uses the gentle touch of your spinal cord whilst you lay on your front on a massage bed. Clothes are kept on and at the very least this is a way to calm down the nervous system and find relaxation. All ages welcome from birth upwards. Spinal Flow can help with physical and mental health but also help with behavioural issues. It is an all encompassing therapy relying on the body's innate wisdom to heal itself. 😌
