Thunderbolt Bring a Friend Week

Bring A Friend Week at Thunderbolt is August 31st through Sept. 7th!

Bring your friend, spouse, neighbor, co-worker to Thunderbolt for a free week. The week starts with a community ruck and ends with our annual Pride workout!

We will offer our regular programming all week + a beginner-friendly version of the workout. All are welcome,regardless of fitness experience.
