Sound Bath

Celebrate the changing of the seasons with an immersive meditative sound bath ☺️🍂

This 1 hour session is focused on slowing down, restoring our energy, melting away our stress and tension. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, and bring anything that will help you be comfortable such as: a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, leg bolster, etc!
