Captured Memories: The Photos of Frank Barbeau

This photography exhibit, in collaboration with the Oswego County Historical Society and Friends of the Oswego Public Library, is the first public showing of mid-century images of Oswego City and County taken by Frank Barbeau. These photographs, from over 5,000 undeveloped negatives, offer a unique window into our past, waiting to be identified and labeled.

Thirty photographs will be featured, showcasing nostalgic locations of Oswego from the 1940s to the 1970s, depicting a variety of unknown group photos and locations. The public can contribute to the information by completing a form.
