Nemenhah Itsipi Building and Ceremony

You and your friends are invited to the Itsipi ceremony. This is a mixed Sweat. We will construct a new lodge using the nemenhah tradition and sweat. Every participant should bring firewood. Love offering and fruits, nuts, and veggies to share afterward. Please bring a gallon of water for yourself, a blanket for sitting and, towels, and a change of clothing.

Bring all your emotional hurts that you are ready to release. This is a time for prayer, healing, and learning!

Wood, stones, and blanket offerings help keep the Lodge running and are freely given. Many participants like to meditate, pray, and/or eat fruits and vegetables the day of or the day before a sweat. We highly recommend drinking lots of water and avoiding alcohol the day before!

Schedule:

12:00 pm - Gather and prepare the Sacred Fire and together build the Lodge.

1:30 pm - Pipe Ceremony and Dance, and Fire Meditation

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Sweat Starts

After the sweat, we will have a Feast/Social/Potluck(Please keep in mind we don't have access to a kitchen)
