We spreken af aan Lange Nelle en zakken daarna af naar het Strand op Oosteroever voor een rustige, deugddoende Yoga sessie met zicht op zee.

🔹Wanneer: elke zaterdag tijdens de zomervakantie van 09:00-10:00
🔹Waar: Strand Oosteroever thv Halvemaandijk, Oostende
🔹Meebrengen: yogamatje, handdoek, water, comfy kleding
🔹Vooraf inschrijven verplicht via studioasana.be of DM
🔹Ervaring is niet vereist
