Also In Blue is Scott Test, a music educator and singer/songwriter out of Cortlandt Manor, NY, whose work has been featured in the New York Songwriters Circle and is currently a top-10 finalist in the Songwriters Showcase at this year’s Rocky Mountain Folks Festival in Lyons, Colorado.
