Weather depending 🌨️ Wake up with yoga; for all levels at Spirit Ridge Resort. This class will stimulate body & mind, and allow you to “Sun Salute” the day! Healing movements, balance, and strength development in the morning will help you feel energized for the day.

Join me by the adult pool down by the restaurant. Bring a mat and water.
