Bardo og Könchok Chidu (Guru Rinpoche-praksis)
4.-6. juni 2025 har vi gleden av å ønske Ven. Rigzin Jatsön Rinpoche velkommen tilbake til Karma Tashi Ling buddhistsenter. Rinpoche er en anerkjent mester innen kagyu- og nyingma-linjene i tibetansk buddhisme, kjent for sine omfattende kunnskaper og dype medfølelse.
Rinpoche er for tiden bosatt i Taiwan hvor han leder flere sentre for dharma-studier og praksis, og blir regelmessig invitert til Frankrike, Belgia og Nederland. I fjor besøkte han Norge for første gang og gav bl.a. undervisning og innvielse til de 100 fredfylte og vrede devaer i bardoen.
Fredag 4. juli: Undervisning om bardo
Bardo er et tibetansk ord som betyr «gap» eller «mellomtilstand». Alle overgangsfaser eller rom vi opplever mellom to tilstander kan kalles en bardo. Bardo refererer ofte til det vi opplever etter døden, før neste gjenfødelse. For vanlige mennesker som oss kan opplevelser i denne bardoen være skremmende, med ukontrollerte strømmer av inntrykk og visjoner. Våre tidligere handlinger, tanker og følelser påvirker disse opplevelsene. Derfor, mens vi fortsatt er i live, kan vi forberede oss slik at vi kan møte døden med et åpent sinn, uten frykt.
Lørdag 5.– søndag 6. juli: Könchok Chidu – en Guru Rinpoche-praksis
Lørdag og søndag vil Rigzin Jatsön Rinpoche gi undervisning i og innvielse til Könchog Chidu – en komplett skattetekst (terma) som ble åpenbart av skattetekst-finneren Jatsön Nyingpo. Den sentrale meditasjonsdevaen i praksisteksten er en form av Guru Rinpoche kalt Pema Öbar. Könchog Chidu er en av pujaene som praktiseres månedlig på Karma Shedrup Ling retreatsenter, slik at det er mulig å få praktisert det man lærer i helgen regelmessig sammen med andre.

Bardo and Könchok Chidu (Guru Rinpoche practice)
June 4-6, 2025 we have the pleasure of welcoming Ven. Rigzin Jatsön Rinpoche back to Karma Tashi Ling Buddhist Center. Rinpoche is a recognized master in the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, known for his extensive knowledge and deep compassion.
Rinpoche currently resides in Taiwan where he leads several centers for dharma study and practice, and is regularly invited to France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Last year he visited Norway for the first time and gave, among other things, teachings and initiations to the 100 peaceful and wrathful devas of the bardo.
Friday, July 4: Teaching about the bardo
Bardo is a Tibetan word that means "gap" or "intermediate state". All transitional phases or spaces we experience between two states can be called a bardo. Bardo often refers to what we experience after death, before the next rebirth. For ordinary people like us, experiences in this bardo can be frightening, with uncontrolled streams of impressions and visions. Our past actions, thoughts and emotions influence these experiences. Therefore, while we are still alive, we can prepare ourselves so that we can face death with an open mind, without fear.
Saturday 5th – Sunday 6th July: Könchok Chidu – a Guru Rinpoche practice
On Saturday and Sunday, Rigzin Jatsön Rinpoche will give teachings and initiations on Könchok Chidu – a complete treasure text (terma) revealed by the treasure text finder Jatsön Nyingpo. The central meditation deva in the practice text is a form of Guru Rinpoche called Pema Öbar. Könchok Chidu is one of the pujas practiced monthly at the Karma Shedrup Ling retreat center, so that it is possible to practice what you learn over the weekend regularly with others.
