We’re delighted to invite you to a very special evening at Vinland Brasserie on Wednesday, October 29th at 6:00 PM— dedicated to Truffles & Piemonte.

We have created a special five-course menu built entirely around truffle — the star of every dish.

To accompany this culinary journey, we’ll be joined by the charismatic and knowledgeable Annalisa Chiappa from Poderi Fogliati in Castiglione Falletto, right in the heart of Barolo. She’ll share her stories and pour several of her exquisite wines throughout the evening.
