Sól is the second and final part, where we turn toward the light — celebrating the expansive, fiery essence of the Sun. You’re welcome to join either one individually, or both as a complete arc.
After journeying through the shadows of the Moon, we now rise with the Sun.
Join us for Sól — a vibrant evening of ecstatic dance that channels the glowing, life-giving force of sun energy, as seen through the lens of Norse myth and ancestral memory.
In the old stories, Sól is the goddess who drives the chariot of the sun across the sky, pursued endlessly by the wolf Sköll. She is radiant, powerful, and unstoppable — a bringer of light and warmth. This dance is an invitation to awaken that same fire within yourself. The part of you that shines unapologetically. That expands and that radiates joy.
This time, we gather in the beautiful space of Scenehuset, with room for many — to move and burn bright together.

🕕 18:00 — Soft arrival and grounding
🌿 18:30 — Opening circle: chaga tea ceremony — sip the wisdom of the forest and awaken your senses.
💃 19:00 — Ecstatic dance: a dance of heat, heart, and ancestral fire.

🎭 DRESS CODE (optional but encouraged):
Tap into your inner vǫlva, elf, or warrior. Dress in furs, braids, leather, linen, runes, earthy tones, or anything that evokes the ancestral North. Let your clothing be an invocation, a costume of the soul, a way to feel more embodied and playful in this journey.

Our guide through sound, DJ Enyo, will weave a vibrant, trance-inducing tapestry of Nordic and Viking-inspired rhythms — blending raw tribal drumbeats, luminous folk melodies, and ancient chants. This set is crafted to invoke the fiery and playful spirit of the Sun: bold, untamed, joyous.
Let the music move through you like sunlight on skin — awakening the instinctual, the radiant, the wildly alive.
🌿 REMEMBERING OUR ROOTS
We all carry stories in our bodies. Some we know. Some we feel. This dance is a chance to connect with our ancestral lineages, to root into something older and deeper. Even if your bloodline is from elsewhere, you are welcome to honor your own lineage in this space. We dance not only for ourselves, but for those who came before us — and those yet to come.
