The first class of each day will be open-level and taught according to the level of the participants, with the second class of each day presenting more elaborate material. The courses will build upon each other over the five weeks, so we recommend committing to the full month of classes. The first course of each day will be drop in-friendly. Please contact us beforehand if you want to drop-in for the second class.
Priority will be given to those who wish to take the entire 5-week course. If you're eager to join and want to guarantee your spot, we highly recommend purchasing the Full Month Ticket as soon as possible, as spaces are limited and may fill up quickly!

This class is designed for dancers beyond the beginner stage who want to deepen their technique and confidence in social dancing. Through engaging drills and technical exercises, weâll explore body awareness, lead and follow dynamics, and how to create flow and clarity in your dance. Both leaders and followers will gain tools to dance with more intention, connection, and ease.

Learn the foundations for clean, safe, and expressive headmovementsâfor both leaders and followers. This open-level class focuses on the mechanics behind headmovement technique, isolation, posture, and clear communication. Youâll be guided through progressive drills and exercises to build confidence, control, and fluidityâwhether you're leading, following, or switching roles.

In this class, we focus on the fundamentals of Lambada, building a solid base through technique, timing, and structure. Youâll work with core movements like basic, soltinho, boneca, and wifi, while developing body awareness, coordination, and partner connection. Through targeted drills and guided practice, youâll strengthen your technique and grow your confidence in the dance.
