Get ready for an exciting 5-week dance experience with Brazilian Zouk classes on Tuesdays and Lambada classes on Wednesdays! 💃🕺 🔥
Classes is 75 minutes long, with a short 5-minute break in between.
☀️ After each class, we’ll host a lively social dance session where you can practice your moves and enjoy the community vibe. Whether we’re dancing inside or outside will depend on the weather, so be prepared for whatever Oslo brings!

The first class of each day will be open-level and taught according to the level of the participants, with the second class of each day presenting more elaborate material. The courses will build upon each other over the five weeks, so we recommend committing to the full month of classes. The first course of each day will be drop in-friendly. Please contact us beforehand if you want to drop-in for the second class.

This class is designed for dancers beyond the beginner stage who want to deepen their technique and confidence in social dancing. Through engaging drills and technical exercises, we’ll explore body awareness, lead and follow dynamics, and how to create flow and clarity in your dance. Both leaders and followers will gain tools to dance with more intention, connection, and ease.

Learn the foundations for clean, safe, and expressive headmovements—for both leaders and followers. This open-level class focuses on the mechanics behind headmovement technique, isolation, posture, and clear communication. You’ll be guided through progressive drills and exercises to build confidence, control, and fluidity—whether you're leading, following, or switching roles.

🕕 18:00-19:15 – Lambada Roots & Flow
In this class, we focus on the fundamentals of Lambada, building a solid base through technique, timing, and structure. You’ll work with core movements like basic, soltinho, boneca, and wifi, while developing body awareness, coordination, and partner connection. Through targeted drills and guided practice, you’ll strengthen your technique and grow your confidence in the dance.

This class takes your dancing to the next layer, with continued focus on technique and movement quality. We’ll dive deeper into musical expression, body flow, and explore Lambada headmovements in a safe and supported way. Expect creative combinations, fluid transitions, and exercises that help you dance with more freedom, intention, and connection.
