· Specify in the top of the e-mail WHICH BALL the production is for.
· Name your file with the EXACT CATEGORY and (HOUSE)NAME.

· We will reply within several days when we've processed your production. Check your email to confirm!
PRO TIPS:
· If you can, include in the email whether you intend to start your production ON STAGE or if you intend to make an ENTRANCE.
· In either case, have someone give a CLEAR SIGNAL to the DJs to start your music. Good communication = Better Production.
· Shorter is better. There's no time limit for productions. Having judges score you midway thru an unnecessarily long production can be very awkward and frustrating, even if it's 10s.
· If your production is open-ended (i.e. no choreographed ending), it's advisable to leave about 1 or 2 extra minutes of music at the end of your production track. Having the beat cut off while you're still struggling for your 10s is potentially embarassing and the DJs can NOT save you at that point.
· Simpler is also better. The more elaborate your production is, the more potential points of failure you create. Especially when you consider eventual risks, such as a slippery floor, a short/narrow/elevated runway, or the risk of tripping over your own effect/props.
